PHLConnectED – Free WiFi or Hot Spot for Eligible Families
PHLConnectED is the City’s initiative to help pre-K-12 families access free or low-cost internet. This program helps families:
- Apply to the federal government’s Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
- Connect with a Digital Navigator for one-on-one support with accessing and using technology.
- Access other digital supports and resources across the city.
PHLConnectED is possible thanks to collaboration among business and civic leaders who came together to support Philadelphia students.
